Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange the item or provide a refund on most of our items
within 14 days of the original purchase. Please email us at customerservice@zanydoodles.com
with the order number as the subject to arrange an exchange or refund and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (required).
We will accept all new products, in an "unused and original condition" in its original packaging for exchange. Additional shipping and
handling charges will be incurred.
We can not accept returns or exchanges on edible treats bones or bedding.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
No refunds or exchanges on "clearance items and specials".
Gift basket, bowls and bags are subject to substitution of like items. Individual items may not be exchanged or refunded.
Upon acceptance of your shopping cart and the charges therein, the order may not be cancelled for any reason. If the order
is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges plus a restocking fee of 15%.
We recommended that you insure the items you return. UPS and FedEx automatically provide a minimum level of insurance on all shipments.
