Can I pay by credit card if I do not have a PayPal account and don’t want to establish one?
Yes. When you click on the “Confirm Order” link on the Order Confirmation page, you will be taken to the secure PayPal site. On this
page is the text:
"Don't have a PayPal account?
Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue"
If you click on “Continue”, you can enter your credit card information in the normal manner.
Will I receive a receipt with my order?
No. We will email the receipt from sender sales@zanydoodles.comto the email address provide
during check-out. You may also login to your account.
How will charges appear on my credit statement?
You will see a charge to Zany Doodles.
Can I order items and have them shipped to multiple locations?
Yes. Individual charges will be applied for each address. In most cases, a new order will need to be created to ensure appropriate
items are bundled and delivered to corresponding address. Delivery charges will be incurred for each unique address based on the
Shipping Charges rate table.
How can I track my order?
A confirmation will me sent to the email address provided during checkout when your order has been shipped. You can also login to your account.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders sold in and shipped to Washington State.
Where are you located?
All orders are shipped from Washington.
Will I receive a refund on my shipping costs?
No. There are no refunds for shipping or restocking fees.
What if I want to do an exchange or return after 14 days?
You will be issued a credit via a promo code for future purchases.
When will I see a credit post to my account for a return item?
For approved returns, we will issue a credit to your charge card within 2 business days upon receiving the returned items. In cases
where we have shipped an incorrect product, we will arrange to have the items returned at our expense. We will also re-ship the
correct order to you at no additional charge.
