Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling rates vary according to the amount of purchase. Please refer to the rate table for specific
charges per shipping address. Shipping charges will be calculated on the total order after discounts and specials.

$25 to $49.99 - $8.00
$50 to $74.99 - $10.00
$75 and up - FREE!
Orders ship within 1-3 business days from time you place your order. Add this time to the length of transit time for an estimated
day of arrival.
All orders are shipped using USPS Priority or UPS as a standard delivery option. Please allow additional time for rural areas.
Please - NO PO Boxes.
Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will incur a $7 shipping surcharge and will be sent via USPS Priority.
Expedited services may be available for an additional fee. Please notify us in the checkout comments field or send an email with you order
confirmation number as the subject to cindy@zanydoodles.com.
We will confirm if your item is available for expedited shipping and notify you at the email address provided during checkout of
the additional shipping cost prior to processing your order.
On rare occasions, a shipping surcharge is incurred on oversized or bulky items. You will be notified during checkout of such items.
Delivery to locations outside of the United States is not available at this time.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If multiple items are ordered and one or more items is on backorder, we will ship all available items immediately and then ship the
backordered items later at no additional cost. Gift baskets and gift bowls will ship as one unit.
Most orders can be tracked by using the tracking number found on your confirmation email or by accessing your login account, selecting
the order and clicking “view”. If a tracking number is not listed, please contact us at
cindy@zanydoodles.com and we will provide you with that information.
Some products are sent from a collaborative vendor. These items will be shipped separately.
